Sands of Time - Hourglass

On the wings of a seagull the sun slowly sets
Time flows through the dying light
Like the seconds the hourglass begets
Each grain of sand in time will write
The days and years of humanity's plight

Very nicely done. I wrote one called Sands Of Time way back when I was 15. It's in a box in back of closet :)

Good Morning Joseph. This is beautiful poetry. Your poetic expression is grand. I very much enjoyed how this read. All is well within your entry and execution. The title alone tells us readers we will be reading poetry. Well done
