Not all the people we love are meant to stay in our lives. But each person we meet either teaches us or helps us in some way.
Sandcastle lesson

Together we built up
Our relationship,
Like a sandcastle in
The sun.
We didn't heed the
Waves of life,
That kept on
Rushing in.
The waves washed away
That sandcastle;
Tore it down completely.
Just like our
Relationship dreams,
That disappeared so quickly.
We were left,
Divided,
Our union not
Blessed by fate.
The lessons
Learned,
The broken hearts;
Were all that
Life provided.
Years later,
We met again,
The waves were still
And sweet.
Realisation dawned
That our altered paths
Lead to
Loves that were
Truly complete.
