Sanctions and Ukraine

Determined is the USA
Who thinks they understand the Ukraine!

They knew Sanctions did not prevent a thing!
They said, “More dead tonight ,sure-thing.”

“Thank you, very much,’ The USA President said,
“Rationing will work”, and took his new kitty to bed.

The streets with blood were flowing red.
Rationing does not wok, I heard it said!
