Salted Sea

The salted sea,
capricious,
Captures dreams unguarded,
to roar in glee and toss toss,
to crash against his hardened sands.

Dreams be fragile.
Best to guard and gentle nourish,
protect against the cynic salts,
the doubting hearts
and the deep and salty sea.
