Saffrony Summer

Sunflower sunset.
The flight of indigo birds,
midst pink, blue and gold.
Saffrony summer again,
spreads beauty from sea to sea.

Sparkle, shimmer, shine,
all moonlit, starry nighttime,
when scents are dreamy.
Summer of satiny bliss,
and nights among cool roses.
