Safe Haven of Serenity
As we lay beneath the stars
gazing at the magnificent sky,
my thoughts drift to a place
Of peace and tranquility.
The beauty of Gods
creation encircles us,
as we enter our haven
of serenity for the first time.
The air has captured the
sweet aroma from the flowers,
of all shapes and sizes,
that cover the ground.
True Love gives birth
as we embrace with
the beating of our
hearts in unison.
The full moon shines down
reflecting shadows upon the clear,
glassy waters of us dancing
to the music of our hearts.
Looking deep into my eyes
you cradle my cheek
with your tender hand,
drawing me close to your soft lips.
Experiencing the tenderness
of love for the first time
in a gentle adoring kiss
captures my heart away.
If only we could abide in
our safe haven of serenity
where all our dreams
come true one by one.
Love so beautiful and perfect.
Like the stars in the sky
shining down upon us,
as we lay here absorbing their radiance.
