Sadness Falls
I didn't mean to hurt you
Now I've hurt myself
It seems that whenever I say those words
My relationship seems to fail
I may not be meant
To fall in love
I told myself
You were the one
Was I wrong?
Do I still have to wait?
Do I try too hard
Just to get a date?
I think a message was sent
From above
He said " Be patient,
You'll find the one"
Yet sadness falls
down on me
Every other day
So I don't believe
