Saddened By Solitude
Alone in my room i cry as i sleep
I watched you die last night
I'll never stop, never cease to weep
At your early, deathly flight
I couldnt bear but just to scream
In a darkened corner, scared to death
By the bullet's brightened sheen
Piercing through your hollow chest
The man had fled, and i came to you
Your body running cold
An abstract sign of life in you
Was all my mind was told
It only took a few hours, but it seemed like days
As the monitor turned straight
Your body was burned, in the fiery blaze
For you it was already way too late
I missed you so, i needed you
To be standing by my side
I hope you can hear me too
Within your soul i shall confide
