Maureen, thanks for this one. There is definitely a huge problem with food supply and consumption. Doritos and soda are good examples. It's big business and shameful what's compromised to generate profits. We could sure make progress on many fronts and gradually get back to a healthy diet. I'm sure you try as we to make good choices about what we eat. It is amazing to see how many fast food restaurants there are...I wonder what the trend is per square mile over the decades.

I honestly wonder if for the lobbied industry, the standard diet contrary to science is a tool for compliance.

You are awesome. Thank you Michelle! The more I learn about food and the brain the more appalled Iam with the food industry and its lobbyists, and have to question a distinct motive beyond maintaining wealth. xomo
