Thank you Laura. It is true, but I think my darkest divorce days are behind me. I am finding more enjoyment in life lately. For quite a while I could not find anything to be happy about. I was married for 32 years. The change is not easy after such a long relationship.

Thank you Charlie. I impulsively entered it yesterday and just wrote what came to mind. I'm trying to put the divorce behind me. It was a great sorrow for me.

Grief is terrible to experience, whether it is from a divorce or death. We have to remember the blessings we still have, even though it is hard to do sometimes.

Sad, indeed. I don't know how many sad one-liners my heart can take. Yours is the first I've read and I'm already fogging up. Yours is sincere, I remember previous comments between us. Good luck and blessings in all things ... CayCay

Yes it was a dark time for me. I am getting better, but still experience some sadness. Millions of people go through it, and most survive.
