sad and stuck giving up feeling hopeless living in a fog forgetting to care now losing all of our purpose opposite of Don Quixote our optimism down the river wishing life dreams could transmogrify us

It is difficult to step out of depression. I have pills which I take on a regular basis, and I take them daily. DAILY. I am not afraid to tell you, if you get the right prescription you can handle anything.
