Close your eyes And take a moment Exhale all of your breath Deeply on your next inhalation Conversation fades to a blur  It's an autonomous situation Keep all judgements at bay In your hands a growing sensation extending electric connections both out and inwardly Right now is all of your tomorrows Right now is all of your yesterdays You embody your existence  And are better than you just were Remember on occasion as you close your eyes Exhale all of your breath Feel your frequency lifting and flow with the universe
