Ruth Contest

Ruth The faith it takes to leave All you’ve ever perceived. The grace to go with one Who already lost their son. The loyalty to continue Until the very end Demonstrates to all What it means to be a friend God rewards the humble God rewards the meek God rewarded Ruth And gave her more than she did seek.

Though rhyme was not in my list of acceptable forms, I found that I simply had to include this one in the winners because the poem is so good. Though very small in length, it brings out the loyalty and humility and faith of a very exceptional young woman.
