Running Wild and Free

You are the gentle breeze that caresses my face,
The russet colored leaves that fall to the ground with style and grace.
You are the glow of a thousand candles that lights my soul,
The devotion and love that makes this humble one whole.
My days are filled with dreams of being with you,
My evenings are torn with loneliness until I am with you.
When I close my eyes the image of you, I see,
In another time and place you are running with the wolves wild and free.
