Run Away From You

I had told my self
I have to run away from you
But running is useless
Because I see u in the eyes
Of crowds that I run through
Hear your voice
Between the sheets of darkness
And feel your stare
From every corner of the night
The warm breeze
Sometimes brings the comfort
Of your arms to my soul
And sometimes its just
Not near enough
My mind wanders off
To the top of town
Where I met and found joy
Where we stood and watched life
As it danced at our feet
I could run
But my feet are cemented here
On your ground
Holding to the only thing
I could see in your eyes
I could run away from you
But it would be pointless
Because your voice will
Always find me
And always settle me down
It will always be waiting
Around corners reminding me
It will always be you...

I have felt this way myself about someone, sometimes a person has a grasp on your soul in such a way you know they were your soulmate. NICELY DONE
