Ruins of the Day

v.1 Reflections of theses things I need to hide
reaching down to my child inside
Can't ya feel the pain behind these eyes
Sorrow bleedin through a whole lifetime
Don't tell me that it's gonna be ok... it's just the Ruins of the Day
 
v.2 If I could start to feel inside
maybe life would be just a little kind to me
But everyday it seems just one more thing
is pushin my feelins to their bitter end

But I am sure I had already listened to this song way back (I listened to all yours). These sad lyrics give added life to the song. Well done!
