Ruhe kehrt jetzt ein 
Wenn die Gedanken schlafen
Nach bewegtem Tag

Now silence returns
When thoughts are finally asleep
After a hard day

Ahora vuelve la paz
Cuando duermen los pensamientos
Después de un día difícil

Hey there Gert, I had to choose the one that had sleep in it to reply to your night cap thing.. Luckily my sleep returned over the weekend, hold thumps that it sticks around.. otherwise I'll have to try your remedy ;) tc and enjoy your day.. btw what is the time difference between SA and where you are at? we saw a fireworks display tonight from afar and free. It was different with no noise...Like no sound on the tv.
