Well, I think ill-manners are learned but also, they come naturally to the natural man. Once at home and in school we were taught about good morals and good manners but today I don't think it is being taught or can't be taught and probably the students would laugh the teacher to scorn. I enjoyed reading your work. Your visits to my page are inspiring. Sara

OK thanks Andrea, I placed it Under 'tanka form' as its regarding human, I know you are more practiced in the oriental Poems 'I'm sure Haiku is supposed to be based on flora and fauna and the elements so Maybe a senryu.? Do get back to me after a double check and I'll Alter it to the more suitable ,'

Dear Joe, civility & culture makes lives easier, especially for those deemed "little people." A.erica can do more ... But has done the most with laws to protect John & Mary Doe. If u lived in a township in South Africa as I do ... No hint of Mandela magic or Archbishop Desmond Tutu! "Excuse me" is almost never heard outside "big malls," but shoving & cars splashing or buzzing oedezteians common. Rare to see coos patrol any place except banks & malls. Shalom shalom. I do thank u

It's a rather sad fact though Jan, I'll think to myself some Would not be so short with Others or rude if there was a Cost involved..' cheapskates But there are costs involved They just don't think ahead..' Maybe their headless in a way.?
