Rose Through the Eyes of a Peeping Tom

White gown on the floor,
careless and silken;
as if in a slumber and
caressed by the rain.

Wet footsteps cross the room
at a lazy stroll;
not a heed to listen back
to a distant call!

Drops of water on the window
spoil a reddish stain;
Lipstick planted on the glass
lipstick in the rain.

Dreamy eyes fill the sky
evening comes up close;
lost in sea of unknown thoughts
a woman, known as Rose!
