Rose Pedals

in the shapes of flowers around her favorite baby sitting silent with nothing but joy on both their faces she asks her doll if she wants a ride and giggles at the answer she hears she puts Rose on the red seat of the tricycle and walks beside her, helping her giving serious instructions on how to ride "don't go into the street, and stay out of Mr. Potter's yard, you are doing so good" then she closes her eyes tight opens her little imagination wide and let's go and watches so proudly as Rose pedals home Michael F. Lewis
