Rose From The Ash
To The Love of My Life—My Daughter,
You can do whatever the heart desires
Though you may stumble, tumble, and fall
Rise! Like a phoenix from the fire
And when you do—
Go further than you've ever gone
Ascending, O' so higher and higher!
And when my life has passed into song,
Remember me fondly, and the Hope I inspire.
