A Blessed Bee Sting

Smelt rose
Then froze

I spy
Bee fly

Stings eye
I cry

Swells up
Don't rub

Ran quick
Kicked brick

Sore toes
And nose

Face swell
Unwell

In shock 
Called doc

Did check
Round neck

Bad leg 
And head

Will heal 
No deal

Hear buzz
Still loves

Any tribute to the little but powerful bee makes me smile. Bees do have a way of surprises us with a ‘kiss’. My husband is a bee keeper, so he always has a story to tell. Save the bees!

Thank you Deborah, yes save the bees, I try to attract them into my garden with different types of flowers and lavender. Never thought of a sting as a kiss from a bee and is a lovely way of putting it. I will remember that in future. Emilia : )

Thank you Lindsay, Have saved a few from drowning and from the spiders web in the past, do like watching them when their busy on the flowers but will try to keep my nose out of their business in future lol Emilia.
