Room Filled With Love

 Written May 2018

I’m alone in a room filled with love
From above
A picture of my dog when I was 10
No he’s never coming back again
Because he’s gone
And he’ll never hear this song
Pulling my heart strings along
in a room filled with love

So won’t you follow closely
While I overdose on apathy
Living just for moment
This being our anniversary
And we know it just felt right

So take me away
I’ve never been ok
Take away my pain
Sleeping by the L Ride
Can’t tune it out to hear
Just the peaceful sound of rain
