I'm burning the midnight oil with this one, Joe. "rook" be the castle and erosion the swindler? I can see the light on water reflection."almost solid". A short write, but took me on a thought spree!! Best wishes, Love, Mikki

Viewing this oldie. It's quite different from most sandcastle haiku. I think symbolic! thanks for all the commenting you did to my poetry this year. You are the greatest, Joe. happy New Year.
