Statues orate
snow white odes
Lilies loquate
lavender soliloquies
Alyssum applauds
with purple passion
in summer's soft breeze 
Aquamarine asps
slither
on a swimming pool
beside bougainvillea
reaching
over ivory urns
to toss
fuchsia coins.
