Roes Are Red

Roses are red and some are white
fairy tails told romance is right.
Roses are red and some are yellow
friendship before romance with a fellow.

Violets are blue continues the jingle
a fun little ditty to make the heart tingle.
Violets are blue is how it goes
head over heals in love to your toes.

Sugar is sweet almost ends the little rhyme
a truth so simple with you on the mind.
Sugar is sweet my darling its true
sugar is sweet and so are you.
