In the deep forest of Sherwood, there lived an archery King, Of Nottingham, Englands Robin Hood, the quest of stories ring, Whether of fact or fabled folklore, his legendary feats are still told today: He robbed the rich to help the poor, as his sword and archery skills held sway, Of real fact or of fabled folklore? Such legendary tales are of a heroic kind, ............and what is more............ "They stand the test of time!" Renaissance entry

Hey to you, Lawrencel! Nicely composed, I wonder if he was, "of fact or fabled forklore"? Even the name "Sherwood", creates a picture in my mind. What a magically wonderful place that must have been. I loved the Robin Hood stories...was intrigued by his sidekicks, Friar Tuck, and Little John...both larger than life! Wishing you the best! Congratulations on being featured this week...Mikki
