When our eyes met for the first time, you knew you'd eventually be all mine.
But I never ever thought I'd find, someone like you, who knew?
Now here comes the fight we got to go through.
We know we can win, so let us begin, cause 9 times out of 10,
we're traveling a road we've already been.
There's going to be more than one sleepless night, so buckle up tight!
But know together as a team we'll be alright!
God is on our side, even when he seems to hide, so we have to decide, which rules we choose to abide, so we can be ready for this bumpy ride!
As long as our hearts and mind are alright inside, 
our visions and outcome will remain open wide!
I know deep down others do care, and no this isn't fair, 
but they will all become aware, and yes our hearts can tare, 
but I wouldn't dare compare, this situation to another due to it's rare,
and even if it leaves us bare, we're a mated pair, one of the best out there!
So follow your heart and listen to your gut, cause you know what?
We won't allow ourselves to be stuck in a rut.
Like golfers do in the beginning we first must putt.
Slow beginners last the longest that is true, so let's follow that clue,
and begin each day as if brand new while enjoying our view both me and you,
while allowing everyone else to slowly stew, in their own mess,
while we enjoy our happiness and manage our stress, 
because if we properly invest, we'll pass the test and remain the best,
so let's stay strong and say screw the rest!
