Roadway Surprise, An Easter Story

Roadway Surprise, an Easter Story Hello. My name is Cleopas. There’s little of me to discuss. But as I and my friend walked, We had a very serious talk As we moved along the Emmaus Road, We were feeling our world had folded. The Jesus case was now closed; Or so we thought; because he arose. We were sad, because we had hoped. Now, we were just trying to cope. Suddenly, Christ appeared and walked close. At first, it seemed a stranger to us had spoke. How would you feel if you were among the first? We were taken by surprise; but Christ quenched our thirst. 03242016 cj Luke 24:18; PS
