Road Trip
Riding across the country with my best friend,
Off road trails then back on pavement again.
Always loving the wind blowing through our hair,
Doing as we wish without a worry or a care.
The sun comes up and then quickly goes down,
Rarely finding the time to even look around.
If we should blink our eyes for a tad too long,
Perhaps... tis a delightful case of directions gone wrong.
