River of Love
Words of kindness untainted and soft like dove,
Stole my sorrows, replaced them with hope now,
When mountains of sadness touched river of love,
My solitude melted away, woes couldn’t last,
Wrapped by your love, I no more reside in past,
And wild wounds from betrayal healed so fast,
Your love came like luster in darkness so vast,
You wiped my tears, and gave me a fresh start,
We were destined to unite, shall never part,
The song of love chanted by your holy heart,
Runs deep in my soul, mystical is your art,
I no longer wish for diamonds or gold,
Your love is enough my heart silently told,
Smiles are my jewels, loneliness got sold,
Now my regrets from life are faded and cold,
I pray for you to be safe from evil eye,
With you I dream to touch silver stars in sky,
You are my wings of hope, help me to fly,
Love gave- flowers of faith money couldn’t buy,
Words of kindness untainted and soft like dove.
