Ring Tones

When choosing a ring tone,
Make sure it won’t grate
On your nerves or turn into
A sound that you hate.

They vary from gentle
To jarring or shrill,
While doing the job
They’re designed to fulfill.

We snap to attention
When hearing our phone,
So its ring should be one
We accept as our own.

Hi Ilene, you’re so right, sometimes on the bus I hear some really awful ones. Thank you for sharing, a good reminder. Enjoy your day my friend.

Haha this poem is so cute ilene and so true! I go through all the ringtones and always end up with the same boring one ha! Though on one phone l had the theme song to the show Shetland which l just love…very haunting beautiful calming music( probably a bit strange for a ringtone) but l haven't been able to put it on my current phone! Always enjoy your poems my friend! Debx
