Ring that Bell

Mom would ring that bell
to tell us to come in for lunch
Some times it was liverwurst sandwiches
and other times it was hot dogs
But it was always delicious
and we were always well loved; miss you mom

That's a nice poem about your mom, Robert. I would like hot dogs more than liverwurst.

Awn this made me tear up, dear robert, how thoughtful and sincere it is, how youv expressed your love and written about her care and love for you in such an effortless manner! May her soul rest in peace and love. And maybe you should have a hotdog in remembrance. Iv never tried liverwurst. Sounds healthy! Pleasure reading you today. Sending you light today and always

It is proof of a happy memory. I think it was tuna fish sandwiches for us. I like the warm, homeloving backdrop to your verse.
