The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

Right under your Nose

Today I decided I can no longer
skirt around this topic
It affects us one and all, no matter who we are
from our source, anthropomorphic

I often write in time frames, this poem
on a time line, it will soon begin
I wish to inform from the knowledge I have gained
from my soul from my emotions lying deep within

My knowledge stems from observation. experience, self education
I hope that what I share will be received as useful information

Fifty years ago I began to take much care of my given earthly body very, selective what I ate,
the importance of restful sleep during this time I would loudly snore
Daily exercise and meditation, described in other poems
these wellness mantras keep coming to the fore

But the most important facet,
the missing link I was yet to discern
Relates to our breathing, the effect, emotionally, physically,
an amazing technique I was finally blessed to learn

Go back thirty years ,mouth was wide open during daily exercise
huffing puffing fatigue spitting lots of mucus on a five kilometre run
Learnt to run, inhaling/exhaling only through the nose
Twenty kilometres I could now run. No huffing puffing no mucus the run was much more fun

No further panic attacks, known also as hyperventilation
this symptom has been absent since I learnt which organ is for the breath
Tape the mouth at night, no more snoring, brain fog is also gone
the nose knows it's the organ to improve ones state of health

There are organs in the body with specific functions to perform
we have no vision through our ears we have no audibility through our eyes
Breathe as many breaths through the mouth as you would take meals through the nose
All these specific organ functions we must learn to recognise

And still there's more I wish to share in regard to our existence
individual life begins on departure from the womb. on the breath we must rely
When our soul decides that it 's time to depart this planet
we exhale our final breath, that is when we die

Survival Three minutes without breath we soon depart this world
Three days roughly without water the result is just the same
Sixty days of fasting, with both of the above, many times it has been done
Modern medicine heals the body?? this way of "healing" stealthily it came

Over many years since learning
this important breathing technique
I have coached many includes friends and family find healing from
Asthma, depression, chronic fatigue sleep apnea snoring and more
relief from pain and discomfort is what they all do seek

In more recent times I have studied some of the life of Jeshua ( Jesus )
In Aramaic language Jeshua's native tongue
one word only for both the breath and soul. Rhua
To our creator, for our breath, it's life, to God, our praises must be sung

Footnote : My wife suffered seizures for many years.
which resulted in many injuries from falls causing bruising black eyes fractures, broken nose ribs and toes not all once plus a lot of pain and, fatigue for up to a week after suffering a seizure.
She sought remedies through medication some of which brought on suicidal thoughts. Nor were these medications preventative . Whilst driving at a time of being medicated she had a severe car accident, the result of a seizure and spent two months in hospital with multiple fractures. Over the years she sought many solutions without success. Finally about a year ago she was convinced to focus on functional breathing with specific exercises to overcome symptoms. There has only been one minor seizure since she has daily introduced the exercises. The medication ceased over ten years ago .

Very interesting info. So pleased the functional breathing helped you and your wife. A very practical message for any who struggle with health issues like the ones you have mentioned.

Douglas, a powerful poem, so true to life. Meds are not a cure-all and often over prescribed. Natural techniques are amazing and effective at times. Thanks for sharing your wife's story and your advice.

Good day Tania So sorry for the delay in responding The body is a miracle. When the cause of affliction is removed and the body is given tender loving care through clean food sleep and exercise and the breath of course it heals .It's quite simple. Thank you for your wisdom Blessings Douglas
