Right Here In My Heart
Right here in my heart, although we are apart
I keep you precious three close to me.
Unbroken umbilical cord reaches without a word
Connecting us through time and space.
Into a place where we think as one.
I ring your number just as you had begun
to ring mine. It's so fine knowing you are there,
also reaching out to me. Your love so plain to see.
Right here in my heart there will always be a part
lonely for times past. Never meant to last.
