riding with an angel on Pegasus

so now is the time to be courageous
                                                    to face your fear
whispered the soft
                          heavenly
                                       voice

for too long you`ve lived to hypnotise yourself
but those day`s where you`ve mistreated yourself
the day`s where you would just lay down, stay down 
                                 are over

take my hand and together we`ll ride 
upon  Pegasus  and fly over the turbulent storm
cause I know you were born to fly
                     fly so high  
                                       so you can kiss the sun
                                        and catch the rainbow

I`ll teach you to again how to reach for the sky

you can enlighten others that burn
 inside  the demon`s trance

you can be the gypsy inside their restless soul

you have so much to say 
but it`s the inspiration from unspoken words
that can be their saving grace
they can be alive again
                                and forever stay free
forever 
          have love and faith

come with me you have nothing to loose
and together we`ll walk 
                                 across this holy ground

let your pain and past loses  
                                         be your guide
may the radiance of good fortune
                                                shine on you
and may the empty room in your heart 
                                                        be filled

will you say, " I have the revolution in me?"
  and I will reply
                     you are the chosen and justified one

          for these righteous days 
                                             are not far away

I'm impressed by musicians who keep rocking into their senior years cannot believe bands I listened to when I was younger are still rockin` all these yrs later some been going 50+ yrs and are still sounding as good today as yesterday keep rockin` on

Its musicians like Glenn who keep rockin` into their senior yrs that impress me. Been a fan of hard rock and heavy metal [esp HM] for nearly 50 yrs & cant believe some of the bands I grew up listening to are still going all these yrs later & still sounding as good as ever. thanks for enjoying-I enjoy writing tributes to bands\singers in that style p.s.
