Riddle Me This 2

Riddle me this:

I'm there at birth
in every breath,
as you inhale
I'm part of the chest.
Always in sight,
I shine in the light.
To find my worth,
look to thee Earth.
Happily first in heaven
and hated in hell.
If you can't answer
this riddle
then I wish you well.
