Rice Krispies Came Late to the Game

The pop of the fastball into the catcher’s mitt
The catcher’s snap throw to third

The crack of the bat from a great hit
Snap, crack(le) and pop were part of baseball first

Haha, that's a good one! Is MLB suing Kellogg's? If I have a little grandkid, I'll explain enjoy sharing this this to them - but are kid's still eating Rice Krispie's? I think they're still playing baseball - or are they playing basketball or on their phones all day -lol?

Yeah, they still eat Rice Krispies, but so few play the great game of baseball as kids in pick-up games like we used to in the 1950's and early 60's. Now it's basketball --- and often via smartphone, at that. Boo. Boo. Boo. Three Chinese cheers for life today. I guess that's why one lives only so long. Pity. ~ gw

Your creativity still rocks. This is one of those times when I wonder why my mind never there. Once again, thank you for a grin.

Snap, crackle and pop...made it. I agree with John, a lot harder getting out of the parlor chair. Oh well, I guess some great mind thinks it's fair.

Now I want to eat breakfast and watch baseball. What a fun and enjoyable read, Gershon.

Watching baseball just makes you poorer and inevitably dependant.
