Michael, a wonderful poem... i like this play ground very much... you know me, we all want to have fun in our own ways... and here it seems we can go round and round...like a merry go round... stop and jump right back on... I enjoy reading couplets though I've only written a few. This one has good rhythm too, which makes for an even more enjoyable read. I'm enjoying my soup experience...some great poets and a lovely welcome I've received. My heart grows larger for the members of this site daily. Best of luck with the contest !! God bless.

And, Michael, if I my add, your "own rhyming way" is quite a talented one. Terrific couplet for Carol's contest and I echo the sentiment. PS has been a great find for me and has not only provided a place for me to share my poetry, but has added infinite fodder to grow from and to encourage me to do more and do better.
