Rewind

What won't I give to live back the moment life was true and real,
To witness the moments love was so sure and pure,
To witness the moments hugs and kisses were void of fake and sincere,
To call you by the pet names, once whispered, and held so dear.

To live again the nostalgia of our whispered conversations,
To read our letters, penned with care, they now call snail mail,
To tell you all these things, in person, one last time,
I'd give it all, just to be with you again, and rewind.
