Revenge Part 5

I thought of a way to hurt you the worst,
destroying you plan by killing him first.
To add revenge from your list to mine
I poisoned the food before they could dine.
Now its time to take your dark life,
because of you Emma, I will never be a wife.
And now I will leave you to bleed and to die
hoping now you feel guilt, and you understand why.”

As she lays there in pain, emotions not flooding
she starts to feel death slowly coming.
Regretting what it was she did that day,
wishing she would have listened to what the angle had to say.
Her body getting weaker, her eyes now hard to open
she knows she wont reach heaven without a sinless token.
As the flames grow big and surround her mind
Emma knows that there is nothing left to find.

Emma finally awoke
with a loud and sudden choke.
In a place filled up with mist
she looked down at her silky fist.
To see that she is pure once more
in her wedding dress unworn.
Then sees her groom by her side,
with his arms held open wide.

“I lost my wings to save your soul,
to fix your heart and make it whole.
Now in these clouds we are stuck”
“To me that sounds like perfect luck.
Forever we'll stay in the sky
and watch the world as it goes by”
“for I have you, and you have me”
“Why that sounds like heaven, if you ask me.”

So there they stayed, just boy and girl
watching over the giant world.
Both as happy as can be,
in there world where love is free.
So next time you see that great storm cloud
fill your lungs and scream out loud.
“Emma Lee I know your tale
so I know that love will never fail”
