Revenge
Stormy seas swarm in your iris.
Tentacles reach desperately,
Clenching that black abyss.
Wondering the while,
As you drown in forlorn.
Every inch of time
A look is torn.
Breaking the glaze,
Hollow whispers race,
Past sight,
Unnoticed.
Innocence is broken,
As my mind folds in on itself.
A casualty runs rampant.
For dear life he runs,
Treading footprints down my face.
Wild fires
Doused is gasoline.
Fueled by no more
Than those spiteful and mean.
