Revealing Turtle Beach
A soft glow reflects off a myriad of tiny ripples expanding and overlapping as thousands of minnows swarm beneath the placid surface of the knee-deep salt water.
A ghost white Snowy Egret patiently stalks it’s prey as the rising sun casts long shadows across the awakening bay.
Glistening in the amber rays of the morning sunshine an Osprey momentarily halts effortlessly overhead briskly shaking it’s wings and ruffling it’s water drenched feathers as the droplets rain down in a display of aerial acrobatics.
The rhythmic swooshing of the paddles softly breaks the silence propelling me into the burgeoning day.
