Reunion of Strangers - Love In Waiting

How time changes the things I remember,
the nights embracing your thoughts,
the warmth within your eyes,
and the gentleness of your touch.
These memories lost to time,
the one’s I never really knew.
Lovers meeting, a cautious encounter,
one that may never had been
but for a reunion of strangers.
Cordial exchanges, thirty years lost,
destiny has led us to this union of souls.
Two Hearts, no longer love in waiting,
creating memories together,
to be shared as one,
as it was always meant to be.
