Rest's Sweet Company
I could not pause to rest
so Rest enveloped me
In the guise of Injury
O, the red that I did see
Yet as time passed
in Rest's sweet company
Much to my surprised delight
my mood became carefree
What need for constant deadlines
the press of Industry
For now that I am rested up
Why would I ever leave

Note: Yes, I took something from
Emily Dickinson: The first two lines
were 'the take.' After that, I kept
her style, but created a different
story-line.
