Restraint

Restraint
Once again a young man of color,
      is cruelly struck down,
              and his family and community respond with great restraint,
                    how long can that continue?                                               
                          how long-suppressed anger be withheld?
                                until the top blows off,
                                        with a rage that can't be stopped.
