Restless Days
Restless days
And working nights
Whichever pays
We endure the plights
For the call says
That true delights
Are sourced through wondrous ways
That challenge our sights
Behold the unfolding scenes
And moments most opportune
For there are no genes
Cast out or immune
To when time and chance leans
And piles up its dune
When our meager means
Are blessed to the hundred fold tune
