Restless

Beneath the veil of night
Restless limbs lay tangled
Amongst her linens and her doubts
Sun kissed skin, remembering him
Her fingers gently trace
The faintest whisper of his touch
Soft upon her breath, his name
She must learn to say goodbye

wow i cannot believe all the good poems i read that have no comments yet, and this is certainly one of them! it definitly embodies restlessness and is so sad the last line was the perfect choice. i loved it. =)jo
