Thanks Sara. I appreciate your comment and follow up. I have been looking for a contest titled "Growing Old". Didn't look carefully enough! Guess that is also part of growing old.

Thanks, Jan. You may recall it was your Tanka "Goodby My Friend" that was the prompt for me to try to write my first Tanka. I have enjoyed the format since then. Thanks for the visit and continued support.
