Ressurection Sunday

We search not the living among the dead The wine that is His blood and His flesh that is the bread We partake with His Word and in joyous psalms Commemorating His death till He comes That the slain Son of God rose Having purged us of our sins and woes We search not the living among the dead We search not hope in the things we dread For a wiser and better one than Solomon and Moses And a greater one than reason and fathom poses Did the never before done and never after to be repeated And is now on the right hand of the Father seated We search not the living among the dead Who only bruised a heel from crushing the serpent’s head Claiming back for us earthly dominion And restoring to us the Father’s communion Praised be Christ from generation to generation Not just in mention but in adoration and veneration K.
